Location: Hybrid (Wrocław, Poland). Requires onsite presence at the Wrocław office for 5 working days once per quarter.

What you will do

• Own a product area end-to-end, from identifying problems to delivering measurable outcomes in conversion and revenue.
• Define hypotheses, run experiments, and iterate quickly to turn direction into fast learning.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design to build simple and effective solutions.
• Make high-quality decisions in high-ambiguity environments without perfect data.
• Prioritize high-impact initiatives and maintain a focus on continuous learning.
• Work across teams to build a cohesive product experience rather than isolated features.

Requirements

• Experience building products in early-stage or zero-to-one environments.
• Background in activation, growth, or behavior-driven products.
• Strong data fluency and proficiency with product analytics tools such as Amplitude.
• Expertise in running product discovery and rapid experimentation cycles.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and take high ownership of outcomes.
• Experience working within cross-functional product teams.
