Senior Product Manager (Cybersecurity)

TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Cybersecurity): Shaping end-to-end experiences across a growing cybersecurity product ecosystem with an accent on holistic user experience and cross-product integration. Focus on driving product discovery, optimizing key engagement and retention metrics, and translating strategy into outcome-based roadmaps.

Location: Hybrid (Lithuania or Poland). Office attendance is encouraged with up to two remote days per week; WFA policy allows temporary work from almost anywhere in the world.

Gross salary: 5,500 – 7,000 EUR/month for the Lithuanian market, 18,000 – 29,100 PLN/month for the Polish market.

What you will do

• Drive the holistic user experience across the hirify.global product suite to ensure consistency and seamless integration.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and marketing teams to meet user needs and business objectives.
• Analyze user behavior and performance metrics to prioritize features that drive engagement and retention.
• Take ownership of key product metrics including feature adoption and cross-product usage rates.
• Lead continuous product discovery through research, data analysis, and experimentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management with a track record of shipping successful products at scale.
• Strong product discovery craft with accountability for engagement, retention, and adoption metrics.
• Ability to translate strategy into well-prioritized roadmaps focused on outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with product analytics tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in or eligible to work in the Lithuanian or Polish markets.

Nice to have

• Experience in the cybersecurity or privacy industry.
• Background with subscription-based products and retention dynamics.
• Ability to move from ambiguous customer problems to validated product opportunities.
• Experience designing end-to-end user journeys.
