What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account plans to consistently exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline using AE-led outbound, BDR, Channel, and Marketing Inbound funnels.
  • Conduct consultative selling by mapping hirify.global solutions to customer network architectures to drive platform sales.
  • Manage long and complex sales cycles, including contract negotiations and commercial outcome drivers.
  • Collaborate with Solution Engineers and Channel Account Managers to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Provide GTM guidance and share successful themes to help the team optimize sales outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience selling B2B technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and exceeding quota targets.
  • Strong technical understanding of computer networking, cloud networking, and security technology.
  • Ability to confidently engage in business-level outcome conversations with C-suite executives.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Must be based in Sydney, Australia and have the ability to travel as required.
