What you will do

• Manage an assigned merchant portfolio of department stores to drive growth and service improvement.
• Deliver sales targets and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Increase the adoption and hit rate of Non-Cash Refund services.
• Analyze business statistics to develop action plans, presentations, and strategic discussions.
• Utilize CRM tools to plan, record, and report all account-specific activities.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Business Support departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Account or Sales Management.
• Business Japanese: Written and conversational proficiency required.
• Background in retail, financial services, or the tourist/hospitality industry.
• Hands-on experience in proposing, planning, and executing marketing and sales events.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate technology projects with partners and stakeholders.
• Strong relationship building and presentation skills.
