What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of strategic clients to achieve retention and expansion goals.
- Onboard new clients and conduct tailored training sessions to meet specific business needs.
- Analyze customer health and usage data via Tableau and Catalyst to improve product adoption.
- Conduct formal business reviews to measure renewal probability and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to identify and execute growth opportunities.
- Act as a product expert to ensure clients derive maximum value from the platform.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
- Fluency in Japanese and English.
- Must be authorized to work in Japan without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Deep interest in private equity and venture capital marketplaces.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
