What you will do
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of core clients, acting as the primary business partner via in-person meetings, phone, and email.
- Execute sales strategies to identify growth opportunities and exceed quarterly retention and sales goals.
- Conduct consultative product demonstrations to align 's capabilities with specific client and user needs.
- Develop and own long-term account strategies and multi-year execution plans to increase client engagement.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Associates to strategize on account health and growth.
- Manage the full sales pipeline using tools like Salesforce, Catalyst, Tableau, and Gong.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in sales or account management.
- Fluency in Japanese and English.
- Proven ability to close complex deals and oversee the end-to-end sales process.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Catalyst.
- Must be authorized to work in Japan without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
