TL;DR

What you will do
- Serve as the primary post-sale contact for assigned customers, fostering trust and understanding their business goals.
- Drive the adoption of Enterprise by identifying use cases and delivering regular business reviews (QBRs) to showcase value.
- Develop tailored success plans and coordinate training to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes.
- Identify and nurture expansion opportunities, partnering with Sales to drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and influence the roadmap.
Requirements
- Must be based in South Korea and available for face-to-face engagement.
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, preferably in SaaS, cloud, or database technologies.
- Experience delivering business reviews and engaging with stakeholders at the executive level.
- Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data platforms.
- Proven exposure to enterprise clients in the Financial Services industry and familiarity with Fintech use cases.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with or other NoSQL databases.
- Background in software development (Java, .NET, Python).
- Experience with DBaaS (relational or non-relational).
- Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce or success tools like Gainsight.
