What you will do

  • Research and identify target accounts across the Korean market.
  • Execute personalized outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Attend and follow up on local industry events to generate and qualify leads.
  • Book meetings and support pipeline creation for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in the CRM.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of BDR/SDR or outbound/inbound sales experience in a B2B SaaS company.
  • Native-level Korean and fluent English proficiency.
  • Must be based in South Korea with willingness to travel regularly.
  • Experience selling to software developers or engineers.
  • Comfortable with both digital prospecting and in-person networking.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
