What you will do
- Research and identify target accounts across the Korean market.
- Execute personalized outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
- Attend and follow up on local industry events to generate and qualify leads.
- Book meetings and support pipeline creation for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in the CRM.
Requirements
- 2+ years of BDR/SDR or outbound/inbound sales experience in a B2B SaaS company.
- Native-level Korean and fluent English proficiency.
- Must be based in South Korea with willingness to travel regularly.
- Experience selling to software developers or engineers.
- Comfortable with both digital prospecting and in-person networking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
