What you will do

• Create high-performing video ads tailored for digital platforms with focus on user acquisition and engagement
• Lead editing and post-production for marketing videos, ensuring visual engagement and conversion optimization
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on concepts, storyboards aligned with performance data
• Leverage AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway to enhance creative output and accelerate production
• Optimize video content for various formats, ratios, and channel-specific best practices
• Stay ahead of trends in short-form advertising and adult/adult-adjacent space while ensuring compliance

Requirements

• Perfectly fluent in English
• 4+ years of experience in video editing with strong portfolio of ads for paid marketing campaigns
• Deep understanding of storytelling, pacing, motion design, and sound design in performance-driven creative
• Proven experience using generative AI tools like Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway in editing workflow
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro
• Strong grasp of NSFW/Adult content advertising trends and familiarity with KPIs (CTR, CR, CPM, ROAS)
