What you will do

  • Partner with Engineering managers to translate team needs into concrete people actions.
  • Independently manage employee relations (ER) topics for assigned client groups.
  • Own performance, promotion, and talent review cycles, ensuring timely and fair calibration.
  • Utilize people data (engagement, attrition, performance) to identify trends and propose pragmatic interventions.
  • Coach managers on feedback, performance management, and team dynamics.
  • Coordinate and deliver Talent & Growth programs, including manager enablement and development initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in HR/People as an HRBP, People Partner, or HR generalist.
  • Proven experience working with tech or engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Confidence in handling employee-relations topics of moderate complexity.
  • Strong people-data literacy and ability to convert insights into action.
  • Solid stakeholder management skills with a collaborative coaching style.
