What you will do

• Own HR strategy, organizational design, and scalable processes for a growing distributed team.
• Lead talent acquisition, recruitment, and employer branding across tech and non-tech roles.
• Design performance reviews, support manager coaching, and foster ownership-driven culture.
• Manage HR operations including policies, compliance, contracts, payroll, and benefits across regions.
• Drive onboarding, offboarding, engagement initiatives, and employee relations.

Requirements

• 5+ years in HR/People roles, ideally SaaS/tech/startup; experience as standalone HR Lead.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Hands-on strategic/operational approach; excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent English; comfortable in fast-paced remote-first environment.
• Proof of right to work in applied European country (Hungary/Czech Republic); no visa sponsorship.
