What you will do

• Support key people initiatives using data and insights to proactively inform strategic decision-making.
• Act as a data custodian for talent and people systems, ensuring the integrity of reporting and succession planning frameworks.
• Manage budgets and PR/PO processes, while overseeing vendor contracts and financial reconciliations.
• Drive the implementation of career frameworks, specifically for Product Development and Product Management job families.
• Execute the succession process and validate talent ratings to ensure alignment across business units.
• Provide project management support for development programs and talent initiatives within the NA region.

Requirements

• Experience in HR, Talent, or Learning & Development (L&D).
• Proven ability in project management and execution of performance and career development initiatives.
• Strong data analytics and reporting skills to track performance and career progression metrics.
• Experience in budget and contract management, including PR/PO oversight.
• Proficiency with HR technology platforms and performance management tools.
• Must be based in or able to work in Heredia, Costa Rica.
