Location: Hybrid in Heredia, Costa Rica

What you will do
- Support key people initiatives using data and insights to proactively inform strategic decision-making.
- Act as a data custodian for talent and people systems, ensuring the integrity of reporting and succession planning frameworks.
- Manage budgets and PR/PO processes, while overseeing vendor contracts and financial reconciliations.
- Drive the implementation of career frameworks, specifically for Product Development and Product Management job families.
- Execute the succession process and validate talent ratings to ensure alignment across business units.
- Provide project management support for development programs and talent initiatives within the NA region.
Requirements
- Experience in HR, Talent, or Learning & Development (L&D).
- Proven ability in project management and execution of performance and career development initiatives.
- Strong data analytics and reporting skills to track performance and career progression metrics.
- Experience in budget and contract management, including PR/PO oversight.
- Proficiency with HR technology platforms and performance management tools.
- Must be based in or able to work in Heredia, Costa Rica.
