What you will do
- Provide efficient technical support for 3D hardware and software via online sessions, phone, and email.
- Manage and document support cases in the company CRM according to established procedures.
- Interact with internal departments to escalate and communicate customer feedback.
- Support occasional on-site events and participate in business trips to Western Europe.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and writing skills (B2 level) in French and Ukrainian.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) English proficiency for internal communication.
- Customer-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
- Problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
- Must be based in Kyiv for hybrid office attendance.
