What you will do

  • Provide efficient technical support for 3D hardware and software via online sessions, phone, and email.
  • Manage and document support cases in the company CRM according to established procedures.
  • Interact with internal departments to escalate and communicate customer feedback.
  • Support occasional on-site events and participate in business trips to Western Europe.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and writing skills (B2 level) in French and Ukrainian.
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2) English proficiency for internal communication.
  • Customer-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
  • Problem-solving, analytical, and multitasking abilities.
  • Must be based in Kyiv for hybrid office attendance.
