TL;DR

Enterprise Account Manager (SaaS): Managing and expanding strategic customer accounts across EMEA to drive net revenue retention with an accent on renewals, upsells, and expansion. Focus on navigating complex enterprise procurement, building C-suite relationships, and aligning security goals with business growth.

Location: Hybrid in Dublin, Ireland or London, UK (Standard in-office days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

What you will do

  • Own and exceed revenue targets for assigned accounts, focusing on renewals, upsells, and expansion across the product portfolio.
  • Manage high-value strategic enterprise accounts in EMEA and build relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
  • Develop strategic account plans and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally to influence the product roadmap and improve the user experience.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources, including CSMs, Support, and Solutions Engineers, to address customer needs.
  • Mentor junior Account Managers on account strategies and complex deal structures.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Sales roles in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets (>100% attainment).
  • Experience managing complex, multi-year contracts and navigating enterprise procurement.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Dublin or London office.
  • Knowledge of security, compliance, GRC, or frameworks such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.
  • Willingness to travel within EMEA up to 25% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Multilingual capabilities, particularly in French or German.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, or similar CRM and sales tools.
