What you will do
- Own and exceed revenue targets for assigned accounts, focusing on renewals, upsells, and expansion across the product portfolio.
- Manage high-value strategic enterprise accounts in EMEA and build relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers.
- Develop strategic account plans and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to maximize customer lifetime value.
- Advocate for customer needs internally to influence the product roadmap and improve the user experience.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources, including CSMs, Support, and Solutions Engineers, to address customer needs.
- Mentor junior Account Managers on account strategies and complex deal structures.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Sales roles in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets (>100% attainment).
- Experience managing complex, multi-year contracts and navigating enterprise procurement.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Dublin or London office.
- Knowledge of security, compliance, GRC, or frameworks such as GDPR, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.
- Willingness to travel within EMEA up to 25% of the time.

- Multilingual capabilities, particularly in French or German.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, or similar CRM and sales tools.
