About the Role
You will own full sales cycles for large, complex accounts, driving opportunities from first conversation through to close. You will identify and develop opportunities through outreach, events, and partners, build deep account knowledge, and run a disciplined sales process. You will partner with solutions and product colleagues to lead product evaluations and answer technical and security questions, keep your CRM and forecasts accurate, and communicate clearly with stakeholders and senior decision makers.
Requirements
- 5 to 10+ years selling complex software or data products to large businesses
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding new business targets
- Experience closing deals ideally worth $250k or more
- Ability to engage confidently with senior decision makers and guide buying processes
- Discipline and structure in deal and time management
- Experience working alongside technical colleagues on product evaluations or bespoke requirements
- Background in fintech crypto or financial infrastructure or strong adjacent experience
- Interest in growing into a leadership role over time
Responsibilities
- Win new business with large financial institutions, banks, exchanges, and crypto companies
- Manage complex sales processes including legal security and compliance reviews
- Find and develop opportunities through outreach events and partner engagement
- Build deep understanding of accounts and key decision makers
- Run a disciplined sales process and keep deals well organised
- Collaborate with solutions team on product evaluations and technical questions
- Partner with Growth and Product on account strategy and targeted campaigns
- Maintain accurate forecasts and keep CRM up to date
- Communicate clearly in writing and verbally with internal teams and customers
