What you will do

• Manage and grow partnerships with strategic accounts such as Dell, Lenovo, HPE, and Cisco.
• Establish organizational structures and Go-to-Market strategies on a per-country basis across Asia.
• Align hirify.global's power, thermal, and monitoring offerings with AI server reference architectures.
• Lead initiatives to develop cutting-edge solutions by tracking emerging AI technologies and trends.
• Implement a dedicated engagement model including regular touchpoints, QBRs, and executive briefings.
• Drive opportunity build-up and monthly order forecasting to ensure closures.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Channels and Strategic Alliances partnership and business development.
• Strong technical knowledge of data center infrastructure.
• Proven track record of interpersonal relationship management.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the specified location.
