What you will do
- Evaluate and improve existing data management and project control processes.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and pricing with external partners and contractors.
- Prepare monthly executive status reports, project schedules, and risk assessments.
- Manage project deliverables within established contract performance measures.
- Assess contractor bids, change notices, and costs to ensure client value.
- Lead project meetings with key stakeholders and clients.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in project controls for large-scale industrial projects (Data Centers, Oil & Gas, or Pharma).
- Demonstrated expertise in implementing cost and schedule management workflows.
- Comprehensive understanding of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and project coding.
- Proven track record in cost control, scheduling, and estimating.
- Must have the legal right to work in Belgium.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Farciennes.
