Principal / Lead Project Engineer (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Base pay: €79,800.00–€137,770.00 per year

What you will do

• Lead projects and programs for API process equipment from inception through completion.
• Align project sponsors, core teams, and extended stakeholders around project objectives.
• Prepare project scopes, business cases, alternative assessments, and approval presentations.
• Plan, track, and report project deliverables, objectives, budgets, and expenses.
• Identify and manage risks using structured project risk-management methodologies.
• Lead operational handover, project closeout, financial closure, archiving, benchmarking, and lessons learned.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience leading complex capital projects in technical environments.
• Experience in chemical and/or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills across functions and organizational levels.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.
• Collaborative approach and a practical “can do” mentality.
