What you will do

• Meet assigned sales targets for revenue and new merchant accounts
• Identify focused verticals and potential merchants to generate leads and RFP opportunities
• Cross-sell products to existing regional accounts and collaborate with bank/non-bank partners
• Act as project manager for merchant initiatives like ECR integration, report customization, and eCommerce platform development
• Research industry trends and competitor practices to improve sales effectiveness
• Influence product development and channel strategy based on multi-channel business needs

Requirements

• University degree preferred, ideally in Business or Management
• 2+ years sales experience in financial services
• Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Putonghua
• Strong selling techniques, interpersonal skills, and history of sales success in high-volume multinational environments
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, able to multitask under pressure with excellent time management
