What you will do

• Analyze operational and financial data to identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.
• Conduct on-site visits to treatment centers to observe workflows, validate insights, and launch pilots.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
• Partner with operations teams to understand business drivers and solve workflow challenges.
• Recommend opportunities to drive growth and enhance the overall patient experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong financial acumen and demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills.
• Must be located in the DFW area.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly to treatment centers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.

Nice to have

• MBA (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Exposure to healthcare or healthcare operations.
• Experience with financial modeling or performance analysis.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools or handling large datasets.
