Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 + equity

What you will do

• Lead sourcing for bearings, motors, encoders, and adhesives for structural assemblies.
• Negotiate contracts for complex components with specialized suppliers.
• Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) and develop planning processes for demand accuracy.
• Implement software tools for quality clause deployment, logistics, and inventory management.
• Manage the supplier base and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with strategic partners.
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure "Clear to Build" milestones are met for critical deadlines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of supply chain or engineering experience in the aerospace industry working on mechanism components.
• 3+ years of technical experience with motors, bearings, and encoders.
• 2+ years of experience in production management or production planning.
• Strong understanding of quality control practices.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Must be a "U.S. Person" as defined by ITAR or eligible for a federally issued export control license.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Experience procuring machined components, heat pipes, or capital equipment.
• Experience implementing or completing AS9100 audits.
• Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings.
• Experience working directly in a mechanical production facility.
