TL;DR

Manager, Technical Account Management (AI): Leading and scaling a team of Technical Account Managers to drive customer outcomes and platform adoption with an accent on AI enablement and operational excellence. Location: Remote (Philippines). Must be based in the Philippines and possess valid work authorization; visa sponsorship is not provided for this role.

What you will do

  • Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Technical Account Managers, focusing on their technical and consultative growth.
  • Oversee portfolio health across the team's book of business to proactively identify risks and drive recovery plays.
  • Establish and refine operational processes, playbooks, and quality standards for onboarding and account management.
  • Champion the adoption of AI and automation capabilities, ensuring TAMs can deliver AI-driven outcomes to customers.
  • Own team-level retention, expansion, and renewal targets by surfacing growth signals and partnering with Sales.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the TAM pod and cross-functional leadership in Product, Sales, and CX.

Requirements

  • Proven experience hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of platform capabilities, automation logic, integrations, and AI Agent functionality.
  • Deep familiarity with generative AI concepts, prompt design, and automation frameworks.
  • Ability to use data and dashboards to communicate team health and business impact.
  • Executive presence with the ability to lead high-stakes customer conversations and de-escalate risk.
  • Must be based in the Philippines with legal authorization to work.
