What you will do

• Lead high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for Marketing roles including PMM, Narrative, and Brand.
• Manage the end-to-end candidate experience from initial conversation through onboarding.
• Execute extensive sourcing strategies using hirify.global and other specialized tools.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic recruiting and the design of effective interview processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business or marketing recruiting.
• Based in NYC or SF and excited about an in-person office environment (4-5 days per week).
• At least 2 years of in-house or early-stage startup GTM recruiting experience (strongly preferred).
• Proven ability to identify talent that thrives in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
