TL;DR

Recruiter (HR): Managing the full recruitment cycle to scale the team to meet increasing demand with an accent on sourcing and selecting top technical and non-technical talent. Focus on building a strong company culture and enhancing employer branding in competitive markets.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in San Francisco, CA (office attendance 2-3 times per week)

Salary: $100,000 – $130,000 OTE

• Manage the entire recruitment process from job postings and screenings to negotiating offers and onboarding.
• Develop and communicate the startup’s brand to attract top-tier candidates by emphasizing culture and mission.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment with changing needs.
• Excellent communication skills and creative approach to hiring challenges.
• Strong intuition for assessing candidate alignment with company values.
