What you will do

• Find and attract top talent using deep sourcing techniques including LinkedIn and outside-the-box strategies
• Work with one client at a time, embedding deeply in their culture socially and professionally
• Partner with stakeholders to understand job requirements, create job descriptions, and promote good talent practices
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Maintain candidate database in ATS (Lever) and provide updates on recruitment status and market trends
• Build relationships with candidates and implement creative strategies to attract passive talent

Requirements

• Startup experience is a must
• 10+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and detail-oriented approach
• Professional communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
