$70 per hour, 40 hours per week. The contract rate could be lower or higher depending on location or level.

What you will do

• Hire high monthly volume of nurses and clinical talent using applicants, referrals, job posts, and sourcing.
• Optimize recruiting strategy for clinical and frontline hires aligned with health plan contracts.
• Collaborate with recruiting team and stakeholders to meet hiring goals and adapt to needs.
• Enhance and establish end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Become expert in oncology and value-based care to advise executives.
• Guide hiring managers on role definition and candidate selection.
• Support recruitment for other positions as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years recruiting experience, including 2+ years in clinical recruiting.
• Experience in high-growth or startup organizations.
• Ownership of end-to-end, high-volume recruiting processes and strategies.
• Metrics-driven approach to manage and scale hiring.
• Ability to handle multiple requisitions while maintaining quality and pace.
• Track record of personal and professional growth.
• Prior experience with Greenhouse highly desired.
