Remote or Nashville, TN
$70 per hour, 40 hours per week. The contract rate could be lower or higher depending on location or level.

What you will do
- Hire high monthly volume of nurses and clinical talent using applicants, referrals, job posts, and sourcing.
- Optimize recruiting strategy for clinical and frontline hires aligned with health plan contracts.
- Collaborate with recruiting team and stakeholders to meet hiring goals and adapt to needs.
- Enhance and establish end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Become expert in oncology and value-based care to advise executives.
- Guide hiring managers on role definition and candidate selection.
- Support recruitment for other positions as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years recruiting experience, including 2+ years in clinical recruiting.
- Experience in high-growth or startup organizations.
- Ownership of end-to-end, high-volume recruiting processes and strategies.
- Metrics-driven approach to manage and scale hiring.
- Ability to handle multiple requisitions while maintaining quality and pace.
- Track record of personal and professional growth.
- Prior experience with Greenhouse highly desired.
