What you will do

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for GTM, Marketing, Comms, and Policy teams across Germany.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to influence hiring decisions and align priorities with business goals.
  • Source top-tier talent through creative channels beyond LinkedIn to reach passive candidates.
  • Develop and refine job descriptions, hiring plans, and screening rubrics.
  • Mentor peers and share best practices to elevate the overall recruiting culture and excellence.
  • Build and standardize scalable recruiting workflows that support rapid company growth.

Requirements

  • Significant experience hiring for GTM, Sales, and Marketing functions within high-growth startups.
  • Proven track record of evaluating business roles across multiple levels, including leadership.
  • Expertise in full-stack recruiting, managing the entire candidate lifecycle from sourcing to closing.
  • Strong sourcing mindset with a passion for nurturing relationships with passive talent.
  • Ability to operate with high ownership and move fast in a dynamic environment.
  • Data-focused approach to monitoring pipeline health and managing stakeholder expectations.
