What you will do

• Support AEC PAM4 DSP products and drive customer technical issues to resolution.
• Act as the primary technical interface between customers and internal engineering teams.
• Review customer schematics and layouts, performing hands-on bring-up and debugging of customer cables.
• Collaborate with Field Application Engineers (FAEs) and Product Line Managers (PLMs) to communicate customer needs to marketing and engineering.
• Support sales teams in securing design wins for 400G, 800G, and 1.6T Ethernet AEC products.
• Provide on-site or remote troubleshooting and support customer lab and field trials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• 0-2 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in C and Python programming.
• Strong understanding of analog and digital circuits and system-level hardware.
• Experience using lab equipment such as high-speed oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and traffic generators.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information as defined under U.S. export control laws (EAR).

Nice to have

• Prior experience as an Application Engineer resolving customer issues.
• Familiarity with high-speed PCB layout, signal integrity, and board assembly.
• Hands-on lab experience with SerDes TX and RX validation.
• Experience debugging embedded microcontroller systems, preferably 32-bit ARM Cortex-M.
