Sales Solutions Specialist (IoT): Designing and scaling impactful product demonstrations to drive revenue and enhance buyer engagement with an accent on translating product capabilities into value stories. Focus on building scalable demo infrastructure, training field teams, and analyzing demo impact on pipeline velocity.

What you will do
- Design and build tailored demo environments (sandbox or live) aligned to specific customer use cases and personas.
- Develop and manage a centralized library of reusable demo assets, including scripts, playbooks, and templates.
- Conduct demo training sessions and hands-on workshops for internal Sales, Pre-sales, and Partner teams.
- Instrument and analyze demo usage to track engagement and optimize content to improve win rates.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure assets reflect the latest features and GTM messaging.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solution Consulting, or Product Marketing in enterprise software.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver high-impact product demonstrations.
- Experience with demo platforms (e.g., Reprise, DemoStack, Walnut) and Salesforce.
- Strong storytelling, communication, and instructional design skills.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
Nice to have
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
- Familiarity with GTM methodologies and structured sales processes.
- Experience supporting global teams and adapting content across regions.
- Technical proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting sandbox environments.
