What you will do
- Manage assigned partners in the reseller network, ensuring they meet sales targets.
- Develop annual business plans and deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
- Build sales pipeline via reseller intros, webinars, campaigns, and networking.
- Own relationships at all partner levels and act as SME/point of contact.
- Support resellers on customer calls, handle inquiries, and improve training/marketing materials.
- Use CRM (Salesforce) to track leads, sales processes, and partner activities.
Requirements
- 5-7 years in technical sales role
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Understanding of channel dynamics, telematics/fleet management industry.
- Proficiency in CRM/analytics tools like Salesforce.
- Strong negotiation, communication, relationship management, and project management skills.
- Results-oriented with strategic thinking and data-driven decision making.
