What you will do

• Implement Lean manufacturing and 5S tools to drive continuous improvement in the production shop.
• Perform resource planning to reduce lead times and satisfy customer and market needs.
• Optimize manufacturing processes to reduce waste and improve overall productivity.
• Direct and coordinate personnel activities, establishing clear goals and monitoring results.
• Ensure total productive maintenance (TPM) of key equipment to minimize downtime.
• Develop a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all PRC laws and regulations.

Requirements

• College or bachelor’s degree in welding or mechanical engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in workshop or fabrication shop management.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Must be based in or able to work from the office in Foshan, China.
