What you will do

• Manage overall team performance, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with 5S standards and strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Perform maintenance and repair across core product lines and provide technical support to technicians.
• Analyze workshop operation data and KPI performance to implement improvement actions.
• Coordinate in-house repair needs, prioritizing tasks to balance operational efficiency.
• Manage team objectives, performance, and individual professional development plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a service workshop.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance or repair.
• Experience in mechanical assembly or vacuum pump repair is preferred.
• Good English reading and writing skills.
