What you will do

• Support the execution of CAPEX and technology integration projects from concept to implementation.
• Collaborate with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project delivery within budget and safety standards.
• Act as a technical bridge between manufacturing and digital teams to introduce future-ready technologies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using digital tools, factory simulations, and IT integration.
• Validate operational and financial benefits of new technologies against business cases.
• Develop and share technical knowledge across the global STC network to improve standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Degree-level qualification in an engineering discipline or equivalent technical experience.
• Strong experience with PLCs, HMIs, and industrial automation systems including commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to manage external stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, safety assessments, and change control.
• Fluent English language skills for technical collaboration across international teams.
• Ability to work effectively on-site from the shop floor to management levels.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of industrial networks such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profinet, or OPC-UA.
• Experience with lean manufacturing tools like Kaizen, VSM, and PFMEA.
