What you will do

• Assemble products in accordance with production work orders, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
• Follow standard operating procedures and company policies during production activities.
• Work with supervisors, engineers, quality control, and other personnel to resolve assembly and quality issues.
• Maintain assembly equipment and perform basic preventive maintenance.
• Carry out TPM and 5S activities and contribute suggestions for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Vocational school or technical secondary school education or above; a mechanical specialization is preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand geometric tolerances and production processes.
• Ability to use and replace assembly tools and operate common measuring instruments.
• Basic mathematics, good communication skills, and willingness to learn.
• Willingness to work shifts and reside in Chengyang or Qingdao.
• Two to three years of mechanical industry or equipment assembly experience.

Nice to have

• Fluent Mandarin.
• Basic English.
• Knowledge of 5S and ERP systems.
• Fencer experience.
