Salary: $65,000–$80,000

What you will do

• Develop and maintain product marketing collateral including presentations, fact cards, and FAQs.
• Ensure all materials align with strict brand, regulatory, and compliance standards.
• Manage version control and organization for all approved client-facing marketing assets.
• Partner with product and investment teams to translate updates into execution-ready materials.
• Coordinate the compliance submission, feedback tracking, and final approval process.
• Support sales enablement by preparing pitch decks and internal training resources.

Requirements

• 1–5+ years of experience in product marketing, financial services, or technology marketing.
• Strong written communication and extreme attention to detail.
• Ability to work within established branding and compliance guidelines.
• Comfort utilizing spreadsheets, CRM tools, and CMS platforms.
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recurring deliverables.
• Must be able to work in-office 4 days per week in Salt Lake City.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a compliance-regulated financial environment.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools.
