What you will do
- Build trusted relationships with enterprise accounts to drive satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term retention.
- Coordinate onboarding and training by engaging technical experts and validating delivered value.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally to improve product usage and support experiences.
- Monitor customer engagement with technical support and escalate issues before they become risks.
- Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell where additional solutions add value.
- Analyze customer health data, including usage metrics and NPS outcomes, to present insights to customers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant industry experience, ideally within mining, technology, or complex B2B environments.
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping customers achieve measurable outcomes.
- Ability to quickly build a broad understanding of a multi-product solution suite.
- Confident communication skills to engage credibly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
- High emotional intelligence with a relationship-driven and empathetic approach.
