Location: Hybrid in Sydney, Australia with regular travel (10-20%) within Australia and APAC region

What you will do
- Build and nurture relationships with financial institutions, investment firms, and corporate finance teams across Australia and APAC
- Lead outcome-focused Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) centered on ROI and strategic alignment
- Develop scalable customer success playbooks, oversee onboarding, and drive adoption of solutions
- Monitor customer health in Salesforce, mitigate risks, identify expansions, and act as voice of customer
- Provide strategic insights on Australia's natural resources industry (oil & gas, metals & mining, power & renewables)
- Mentor team members and contribute to best practices
Requirements
- Knowledge of Australia’s natural resources industry, including commodities, market dynamics, and investment trends
- Experience in financial services, investment banking, private equity, or asset management
- Proven success leading complex accounts, QBRs, and strategic plans in client-facing roles
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM for account management and reporting
- Willingness to travel regularly (10-20%) within Australia and APAC, working across time zones
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles
- Background with financial institutions in natural resources sector
