Salary: $112,700 – $189,400 per year

What you will do

  • Develop GTM strategies to support partner adoption and business growth.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination for the product roadmap and launch planning.
  • Create messaging, positioning, and value propositions for partner-facing experiences.
  • Collaborate with product and business operations to inform roadmap priorities.
  • Conduct research and analyze performance data to identify agent and partner needs.
  • Coordinate with field marketing and lifecycle teams for customer communications.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product marketing experience, ideally with B2B products or platforms.
  • Proven track record in developing positioning and messaging that drives retention and acquisition.
  • Experience aligning cross-functional teams around a shared strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills to turn qualitative and quantitative data into insights.
  • Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

  • Experience with loyalty marketing, advocacy programs, or related GTM strategies.
  • Experience supporting marketplaces or service models with multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Familiarity with performance-driven or partner-facing business models.
