What you will do

• Maximize development team output within scrum framework to ensure product success.
• Drive product roadmap prioritization, express backlog items, and optimize team value.
• Participate in stand-ups, lead sprint planning, and facilitate product demos.
• Analyze user and market data to identify product opportunities.
• Understand customer needs, collaborate across departments, and advocate for the product.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in building mortgage technology (or equivalent).
• Perform simple to moderately difficult tasks independently.
• Analytical skills for problems of moderate scope.
• Exercise judgment within defined procedures.
• Build productive internal/external relationships.
