TL;DR

Location: Remote - US

Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 USD

What you will do

  • Partner with Product Leadership to define and evolve LiftEd and Silas product strategy
  • Own execution of key roadmap areas from discovery through delivery
  • Balance needs of teachers, instructional leaders, and district administrators for intuitive user experiences
  • Translate instructional, curriculum, assessment, and reporting workflows into scalable product solutions
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Content, Customer Success, Sales, and Support teams
  • Conduct user research with educators and school leaders to inform decisions
  • Define and track metrics on student outcomes, educator effectiveness, engagement, and district impact
  • Support go-to-market by articulating product value

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years in product management, preferably in edtech, digital curriculum, assessment, or B2B SaaS
  • Strong understanding of K–12 environments, including curriculum, instructional design, assessment, professional development, and district purchasing
  • Experience designing for teachers, students, coaches, administrators, and district leaders
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and influence through product judgment
  • Experience with data-driven products measuring learning progress and educator impact

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with standards-aligned curriculum, MTSS, IEP workflows, or special education
