TL;DR
Velocity Solutions Engineer (AI): Serving as a technical advisor for customers during the pre-sales journey to demonstrate the value of Gen AI-driven code review systems with an accent on technical solution design and Proof of Value (PoV) execution. Focus on bridging the gap between customer requirements and product engineering to optimize the SDLC via AI.
Location: Hybrid (San Francisco)
Compensation: $175k–$185k OTE

What you will do
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop customized technical solutions based on customer requirements.
- Drive high-impact demos and Proof of Values (PoVs) to effectively showcase the platform's value.
- Manage and respond to security questionnaires.
- Provide cross-functional feedback to product and engineering teams to improve the product experience.
- Contribute to the improvement of internal tools, playbooks, and best practice documentation.
- Support the transition from pre-sales to post-sales to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Hands-on experience with software development tools and platforms.
- Proficiency with the command line and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer needs simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be based in San Francisco for hybrid work.
Nice to have
- Experience with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools, specifically Terraform.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions.
