Solutions Engineer (Pre-Sales) (AI): Evaluate customer needs and deliver compelling product demos for enterprise privacy governance platform with an accent on technical value proposition, proof-of-concepts, and compliance with global privacy laws like GDPR and CCPA. Focus on articulating complex solutions to executives, leading technical discussions with CIOs and CISOs, and developing architecture diagrams.
Hybrid flexibility: 2–3 days per week in office (Tysons, VA or Greenville, DE). Company-paid relocation assistance available.
Salary: $100,000–$140,000 per year + bonuses

What you will do
- Evaluate customer needs and uncover requirements for privacy governance solutions
- Deliver product demos to technical and executive audiences
- Articulate technical value and prepare proposals, SOWs, RFIs
- Partner with Sales and Product teams on tailored solutions and POCs
- Provide post-sales support, training, and technical discussions with CIOs/CISOs
- Develop architecture diagrams, flow charts, and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or related
- 5-7+ years supporting SaaS/enterprise software sales
- Proven demos of complex solutions
- Strong enterprise security/privacy knowledge and IT operations
- Technical skills: LAMP stack, HTML/CSS/JS/jQuery, REST APIs, SQL/Oracle/NoSQL (MongoDB/Cassandra/Hadoop), AWS/Azure
- Excellent problem-solving, independent work ethic
