What you will do

• Lead a small to medium-sized team of acoustic engineers and technicians, assigning work and defining responsibilities.
• Develop innovative engineering solutions to complex acoustic problems within time, cost, and quality constraints.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback, performance evaluations, and recommendations for hiring and promotions.
• Advise senior management on staffing plans, budgets, and policies impacting the business.
• Ensure a safe working environment and foster a culture of safety for all staff.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and trends within the field of acoustic engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• 9+ years of experience within a relevant complex engineering environment.
• 1+ years of leadership experience.
• Must meet U.S. nationality requirements and be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
• Proven ability to apply deep acoustic engineering skills to solve complex technical problems.
