Salary: $113,000–$141,000 annually + 20% Target Incentives

What you will do
- Collaborate with GTM, sales, services, operations, and marketing teams internally and at partners to create joint strategies including practice development, co-selling, marketing funds, and sales enablement.
- Execute region-specific plans with Partner Alliance and Demand Generation teams to drive partner revenue growth and customer success.
- Build strategic plans around security partners' investments to achieve field margin and profitability targets.
- Incorporate partners' sales plays and solutions for local execution and field sales engagement aligned with company priorities.
- Deliver performance metrics, revenue reporting, and quarterly business reviews with stakeholders.
- Evangelize value propositions, design vendor incentives, manage partner events, and conduct account mapping.
Requirements
- 4+ years of business-to-business sales, business development, or brand/product marketing experience.
- Experience introducing new offerings, building sales training content, leading presentations, and securing partner funding.
- Ability to lead cross-departmental collaboration, achieve margin targets, and demonstrate creative problem-solving with strong presentation skills.
- Self-managed with strong leadership, motivation, and team collaboration skills.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management at various organizational levels.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Familiarity with the security industry ecosystem.
