What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle for enterprise-level retail opportunities from prospecting to contract signature.
- Set and refine the go-to-market strategy to productize and differentiate retail media services.
- Build and maintain a strategic pipeline of high-growth endemic advertisers and monitor forecasts.
- Foster strategic relationships with RMN partners like Amazon and Walmart and retail media tech providers.
- Partner with the product team to inform the development of AI-driven retail applications within the Kip platform.
- Represent the company as a retail media subject matter expert at industry events and in senior client meetings.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in digital advertising sales with a track record of closing multi-million dollar deals.
- Deep expertise in the retail media landscape, including Amazon Ads (DSP, Sponsored Ads, AMC) or Walmart Connect.
- Ability to develop 3-5 year growth plans considering the impact of AI and consumer behavior.
- Exceptional presentation skills and ability to communicate complex data to senior executives.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Location: Must be based in Toronto
