Location: Canada - Remote (option for hybrid or full-time in Toronto office)

Salary: $77,180 - $104,420 CAD / year

What you will do

  • Build and nurture multi-threaded relationships with customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Develop account plans, conduct discovery sessions, and act as trusted advisor aligning customer challenges to Vena platform capabilities.
  • Manage net revenue growth through renewals, expansions, upsells, and accurate forecasting to meet annual targets.
  • Lead quote-to-order processes, handle commercial terms, SLA requests, and invoice collections.
  • Monitor account health using data insights, collaborate with Customer Success and cross-functional teams to address churn risks.
  • Participate in learning, development, and internal enablement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years proven success in account management, sales, FP&A, or corporate finance with track record of exceeding targets
  • Experience driving adoption and change management, ideally selling to Finance audience with Finance Process and Accounting knowledge
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills with C-suite stakeholders
  • High organization, ability to manage client portfolio and prioritize time
  • Growth mindset, team player who thrives independently
