Location: Must be based in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada.

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000

What you will do

  • Manage all existing accounts within the assigned territory.
  • Proactively plan and execute customer visits to strengthen relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client needs and concerns.
  • Upsell and cross-sell product and service offerings to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with customer service and operations teams to maintain service levels.
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue projections using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical Science, Chemistry, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of B2B selling experience in a related industry.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license for travel within the territory.

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience with Tableau for data analytics.
  • Understanding of contract terms, principles, and profitability calculations.
