What you will do

• Lead replenishment and planning for a top retailer to optimize store in-stock metrics and fill rates.
• Analyze weekly POS trends and seasonality to improve item-level sales projections.
• Develop and drive weekly shipping plans by item and channel to support POS plans and future order needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional S&OP teams to reach consensus forecasts on a month-to-month basis.
• Partner with Buyers and Replenishment Managers to present business findings and recommend seasonal action plans.
• Manage Direct Import business execution out of Asia in coordination with the Hong Kong office.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in sales analysis or merchandise buying/planning.
• Direct replenishment experience planning in highly seasonal environments with long lead times.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, specifically as an Excel Power User.
• Must be based in Rogers, Arkansas.

Nice to have

• Experience in CPG or retail industries.
• Proficiency with PowerBI, Alteryx, BigQuery, or other database programs.
• Experience with statistical forecasting techniques and model building.
