What you will do

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Develop financial models, business cases, and executive-level insights for decision-making.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and performance trends across the organization.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to simplify, standardize, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to redesign and optimize finance and operational processes.
• Build KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics; enhance reporting and automation using finance/analytics tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, finance operations, business analysis, or finance transformation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Experience leading process improvement or business transformation initiatives.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with planning and reporting tools such as Tagetik and Power BI (or similar).
• Ability to manage projects and influence stakeholders in a complex, global environment.
