TL;DR

Growth Consulting Analyst (Retail Analytics): Delivering custom strategic project work for CPG clients with an accent on point-of-sale data analysis and market insights. Location: Must be authorized to work for any US employer. Role is hybrid/remote based in Chicago, IL.

Salary: $70,000–$80,000/year

What you will do

  • Analyze point-of-sale and consumer panel data to generate strategic client insights.
  • Create custom Excel dashboards and data visualizations for client deliverables.
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings and business recommendations.
  • Conduct quality control processes to ensure accurate and timely project outputs.
  • Collaborate with the Growth Consulting team on cross-functional strategic projects.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree required.
  • Must be authorized to work for any US employer (no visa sponsorship).
  • Prior experience in CPG, consulting, market research, or syndicated data firms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and anomalies in datasets.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with syndicated data sources like Circana or Nielsen.
  • Background in the natural products industry.
